Booking Terms & Conditions
All guests must be at least 18 years of age. Strictly no children or infants.
Book Now – Pay Later
Your nominated Credit Card is charged 7 days prior to arrival, once the free cancellation period has expired.
Prices are in AUD
No Booking or Credit Card Fees apply for direct bookings.
Check-in time is from 2pm Check-out time is by 10am (Daylight Savings Time)
Late check-out requests must be pre-arranged with management and any applicable fees will be advised at the time of the request
Cancellation Policy
LOW SEASON:
All cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to booked arrival date.
In the case of a late cancellation (ie. later than the above timeframe), or a no show, the full value of the booking will be charged to the nominated credit card.
Deposits may be transferred to another booking without cost provided the booking is amended in accordance with the above timeframe.
HIGH SEASON:
50% of the total cost is due at the time of making the booking, with the final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Your nominated credit card will be automatically deducted on the relevant dates.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date will have their credit card deducted for the full amount at the time of making the booking.
If for any reason payment is not able to be processed on the due date, Coast Yamba reserves the right to cancel your booking and apply the appropriate cancellation charges below.
Cancellations:
- If a guest cancels a confirmed booking greater than 3 months prior to commencement, a fee equivalent to the first night’s accommodation will be forfeited.
- If a guest cancels a confirmed booking within 3 months prior to commencement, the total deposit amount will be forfeited.
- If a guest cancels a confirmed booking within 30 days prior to commencement, the total amount will be forfeited.
